I’ve never experienced such poor customer care from @IHGCorporate -or anywhere LOL. It’s actually embarrassing that a MAJOR hotel chain would try to make guests pay for a car service that needED to be rescheduled BECAUSE of a flight delay. 😳

#TravelTip - don’t stay at @IHGhotels. We’ve had awful #customerservice from them dealing with a flight delay where we needed to reschedule our car service. They’re trying to make us pay for a car that we DIDN’T USE because our flight was 5 hours delayed.
