As you're planning, see where there are efficiencies you can take advantage of, whether it's the stage setup, decor, or anything else. Have these conversations with your CSMs & salespeople to see if it's possible around the group before/after you. #ThoughtfulThursdays 💥 7/7

There were roadblocks to this (unless it benefited the venue). Putting us in touch w/the other customer isn't something they were willing to do. I wished there was a better way to not only save money for my clients, but let's also think about it from a... 5/7

The thing I walked away talking about more than that was this: They performed separately & used the SAME band. As someone who used to sell AV production, using a previous group's setup to save on labor (& gear) is something I regularly tried to do. 4/7

And Jewel, of course, already knew. Jewel lived in several places in her life, but she got her start in music -- her big break -- in a coffee shop in Pacific Beach. They are both incredible artists and storytellers! 3/7

Artists are blown away by the beauty of the setting and the structure. This week I had the chance to see Melissa Etheridge and Jewel play here. Melissa made a comment that she would keep it to herself just how beautiful and amazing San Diego is (wink). 2/7

It’s scary. I get it. You want to win. I get it. You feel like the chips are down. I get it. But we have a tested competitor. Support him and we’ll win. We’ll win.

Every single journalist and news anchor who spoke over the past few days about Trump’s “new tone” should resign in embarrassment.

President Biden is the leader the United States needs right now and for another 4 years. He’s not only a decent man who’s brilliant at policy, he’s also tough as shit, is in no way a pushover and actually cares about people and what happens to this country.

Like anything else in life — we can’t always be positive we are making the right decision, but if we trust our gut? There's something to that. I moved to SD for school & I never left. 2 “lessons” - trust your gut & “San Diego does not suck" -Mike 😉 ThoughtfulThursdays 💥 6/6

For me, the school wasn't dependent on a certain major — it was about where I wanted to live. About where I thought I belonged. I trusted my gut and boy am I glad I did! 5/6
