Deeply saddened at the passing of Prof Ian Shipsey, our Head of Physics at Oxford. Ian was our fearless leader and endlessly enthusiastic champion and supportor of all our ambitions, from science to our daily working lives at Oxford. He was unique, and will be truly missed.
