invaluable. 4. Simplify your life, fast- This may seem selfish and I end up apologizing to my loved ones too often for doing this (which is shouldn't and they don't want me to). Focus on nourishment, sleep, activity, and your mental state. Period! That's it. Everything else can

hands. You have to be your advocate and knowledge is the path to that. Ask questions, keep a notebook, watch how your numbers change, be a squeaky wheel. This is your chance to have a little more control but it can also become obsessive. Obsessive is not good
