Interesting study confirms what many of us know: Increased levels of physical activity make your brain faster. Personally, I’ve taken on more activity with golf and bike riding and I feel more alert than when I drink coffee!.

Covid took many things from us, but one of the things it gave me was more time with my family. My amazing daughter, who I got to know so much more over the past 3 years, is headed off to college in NY. I'm putting the word out now. I'll take any excuse for a business trip to NY!

This is a once-in-a-lifetime job market, especially for new grads. There are record numbers of openings and employers are offering better titles and higher pay than in years past. I’m excited to see how all these new grads will jump-start their careers. Congrats Class of 2022!.

When there’s enormous uncertainty about how many workers will call out sick due to Covid, it’s better to be overstaffed than understaffed. Amazon and Walmart both erred on the side of overstaffing to maintain the standard their customers expect.
