And a good time to reshare @LilyMegaw fab thread on her top tips for making your application stand out! Any questions on either role please do reach out to me https://t.co/jUwDtW37MA

Sharing my reflections on what makes a job application stand out to me, having read 120+ this week (AfC B7-8C)... Stronger applicants are often internal (note potential bias) and sharing these insights might reveal expectations not known more widely 1/13

Please consider contacting them if you have any experience of frailty hospital at home/virtual wards. Iβve done it, took about 30 minutes. Really important to get enough to sign up! @UKHaHSoc
Frailty virtual wards are growing in number across the NHS. We want to hear from staff involved in patient care, ward management, planning, policy or evaluation, to develop an understanding of how they are intended to work and why. Take part:

π ππ @SECAmbulance & @jupiterhouse1 for their exceptional efforts in providing safe alternatives to hospital admissions for frail patients. This approach not only improves patient outcomes but also relieves pressure on hospital resources. #HealthcareInnovation
@ECISTNetwork
Today I spent the day in @SECAmbulance Thanet make ready base constantly reviewing the stack. We kept 11 complex frail patients at home to be seen by community teams, much to their relief and another 3 to hospital, but not ED. Iβm exhausted but rather proud of us all!
