They don’t seem to have a clue. Our doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals deserve a better deal so do the people of the United Kingdom. The decision to strike is not just about pay but about working conditions and the impending demise of the NHS.

Administrators and a health minister with no knowledge, experience or understanding of the 4 pillars of the NHS, the Hippocratic oath, the 6 Cs of nursing making decisions which are not in the interests of the NHS, healthcare workers or the health of this nation.

We all contribute and keep the country running and the economy vibrant but our nurses and doctors save lives. The NHS is on its knees due to years of mismanagement, cronyism via contracts to “mates” and private providers, in other words privatisation by stealth

Teachers/educators are amazing and so are the transport workers who keep goods/people moving as are our retail workers, our farmers, our postal workers, our emergency services, our support services, this list could go on and on forever.

Also @RishiSunak can you please explain why a newly qualified teacher’s starting salary with the new deal is more than that of a registered qualified nurse with 5 years experience? Why is it more than the £14 per hour of junior doctors?
