I advise stakeholders, regulators and municipal leaders on the macro and the micro of cannabis industry mechanics. https://t.co/o1oxn02Fay

Signs of a post about cannabis reform that can generally be disregarded: 1. reference to the legal market as a cartel 2. anyone still calling cannabis pot in 2025 3. phrases with alternating capital letters 4. words in all caps that aren’t acronyms 5. intoxicating hemp

@cantripguy Jamie is a scam artist his name isn’t even Jamie. Him and the dank former and a few other names are used over and over again by the same people. Pretty sure they’re engaged in some pretty hard-core, illegal activities in the state of Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Florida.

Intoxicating hemp being "heavily regulated" is a myth perpetrated by an industry built on a loophole and hanging by a thread. States like MN, NJ, and CA are outliers. States like FL are focused on low hanging fruit that are easy because they are foods and ignoring the truly
Either Jamie is unaware that hemp is heavily regulated in multiple states or just pretends it isn't so he can live in an easier world where Hemp Bad and Marijuana Good

The “foundation of sand” idiom is ironic coming from an intoxicating hemp operator with a business model built on a loophole.
@cantripguy @jamiecampbell @gbh162 @jmoskowitz1 @V_arrell Adam, just ignore them. The hemp industry’s access to interstate commerce is a threat to their MSO investments because the MSO business model is built on a foundation of sand. No amount of logic or good will is going to change the position of these people.

The hempfather still spinning garbage while dangerous products flourish. “You can’t function as a state if you smell marijuana everywhere, if these kids are doing it. And this isn’t the marijuana they had in Woodstock, this is really, really, you know, dangerous stuff. So it

You can have Tom’s low dose intoxicating hemp products when you pry them from his cold, dead hand.
As you absorb this major news, realize there are marijuana industry investors and license holders who are currently pushing Congress to recriminalize these hemp-derived THC products that your uncle and grandma can now buy at Target. This is mainstream. We are not going back.

Some folks are really salty about Ohio shutting down intoxicating hemp.
@RoseOverdo42520 @GovMikeDeWine Can you please show data on THC related deaths in Ohio? According to NHTSA data 45% of all underage online orders for alcohol in Ohio were delivered. Approx 65% of instore sales to minors were age verified. So I assume you also support a total ban of online sales of alcohol

Intoxicating hemp stumpers are laser focused on its justification by how much revenue it creates.
@RoseOverdo42520 @GovMikeDeWine Fair enough. Can you please provide the data that shows that there is over $704 million in public safety damages that are occurring to justify this policy?
