We were sat underneath this today ๐
Wow, this lasted for a few hours.... Sakurajima in Kagoshima City, Japan erupted this morning, sending ash 3,000 meters into the air from the Minami-dake crater. A Level 3 alert is in place, warning of possible volcanic bombs and pyroclastic flows within 2 km of the Minami-dake

In short, it does fine, & can reproduce some aspects of the deformation. As the 1st application of this approach, however, it will benefit from more development, much like its simpler geometric predecessors have already been through. Room for improvement, but one to watch!
