In November I thought I'd give @AerLingus the benefit of the doubt and let them get on with my broke bike claim from June. But now December, still nothing, back on the phone, on hold again. If i hear "I completely understand your frustration" or "this has been escalated" or :-.

And still nothing from @AerLingus. To think I even thought about booking with them again last night. Absolutely shameful customer service, left me right up the creek without a paddle and leaving me with a £6000 bill because of the damage they caused. #CustomerService.

You may well of escalated it but still nothing. In three month and four flight with your airline, you’ve lost three bags, lost one bike and broken another. your “no shits given” policy is almost admirable.

@AerLingus Absolute joke. !!! You broke my bike and now after 8wks of waiting for you come back to me about my claim, I'm now on the phone to a guy telling me you've updated your system and I need to re-submit my claim.

Bullies….Who would do that, take a boys (12yrs old) watch out his bag while he’s in games, purposely destroy it and leave it for him to find. He saved his house jobs & birthday money to buy his first @GShockUK in September and now it’s beyond repair… it’s disgusting and evil.
