It looks like Empower CEO Joshua Sear is headed to D.C. jail unless he shuts down the ride-hailing app by 2 PM. Judge Shana Frost Matini was ready to order him jailed this morning but gave him some more time after he said it was "not technically possible" to shut down immediately
