6am run this to start the week with a fresh head after a busy weekend on call. What I noticed:.✅️ How peaceful the river is in the morning.✅️Morning runners all say hi to each other .✅️The ladies decorating company pulling up to a clients to start (good effort!)

Today, we celebrated Estates and Facilities day. Its set up to celebrate the porters, cleaners, estates and maintenance teams, security, capital project teams, switchboard and sustainability teams. Together, these make up c1,000 unsung hero's that keep the NHS running. Thank you.

Delighted to share the news that a new member of our family has safely arrived. Delivered by the skilled team @FrimleyHealth Oliver came just before 9pm yesterday weighing in at 8lbs. Anne and baby doing really well.

Ahead of opening the extension to Frimley Park Hospital, our teams have been working with partners to ensure a multi agency approach to plan and prepare for any unthinkable scenarios. Hopefully, this video demonstrates the effort and training that goes into it @FrimleyHealth

Delighted to have been awarded a grant of £6m to install solar panels and energy storage systems across all our hospitals, reducing both carbon emissions and energy costs. The initiative supports the trust’s commitment to cut carbon emissions by 50% over the next five years.

Enjoyed a quick trip out to #bitesize today to see all the different teams across the trust showing the exciting things they do and value they add. Was nice to hear from a local Chef too on how to improve diet and gut health by eating more plants and experimenting with veg!
