It's been a great summer helping #hurdlers in the #DFW area. Had a total of 16 hurdlers from 7th grade to college. Time for a month off & then back to fall #training September through end of November.

I let @jaceljohnson26 experience 42 42-inch hurdle today. Kept H1 at 42 while the other 3H where at 39. 4x4H at 12.50m spacing for 5-step Finished with a 12.41 120m sprint from a 2pt start.
