Many 300m hurdlers concentrate too much on the first few hurdles. We should design workouts that emphasize race distribution & stride pattern. Today, we did four sets of 50m sprints to the top of curve,walked back,hurdled 3-5 on the curve,jogged back, & repeated. Example 👇
