The crew from Cowes has spent the day at the training centre in Ryde. The morning was spent brushing up on our firefighting techniques and a live fire assessment followed in the afternoon. #firefighter #oncall #cowes

Today we carried out training in the area of RTC's. Our challenge was to create as much space internally by only using socket sets and small tools. Once we did this we used our hydraulic cutting tools to remove the roof. #teamapproach

#mondaytraining, tonight home learning for the crew on HAZMAT, Chemical and radiation incidents, while two crew went to station to carry out weekly equipment checks and quaterly standard testing. Also acceptance testing on new 135 and roof ladders. #EastCowes #firefighter
