@itmebenji Exactly how many of us has RLT and a sauna available to them? Who can drink 36 oz of water before the day starts? How many people can NOT eat after 4pm, if they get up at 6am? Who has an extra 100 minutes for #3 ,4,6? Working class vs the wealthy. Here we go again.

@itmebenji It either seems to be this a) extreme, "no negotiations" then feel like crap if you dont stick to it/ slip up or b) do what makes you happy for your mental health sake, dance when hoovering, walk in the woods, march on spot during adverts, no pressure I'm more for B.
