The US now has over 10,000 different additives approved to be put in food. Big Food put in your food whatever will make them the most money. They don´t care if you die from it.

Type 2 Diabetics on "treatment" still have 2-4X the risk of cardiovascular disease. They´re at higher risk of cancer and Alzheimer´s too. Some medical professionals say Alzheimer´s is "diabetes of the brain". But Type 2 Diabetes is completely reversible naturally.

6. Promoting lifelong Type 2 Diabetes meds. Type 2 Diabetics are put on meds like metformin for life. They´re basically told that because they´re on meds, they´re now "fine". But even with treatment, their lifespan is still 5-10 years shorter on average.

The FDA "banned" trans fats. But they didn´t really ban them. They allow them in food products as long as it´s less than 0.5g. But that´s still harmful. Even worse?. If it´s less than 0.5g, the food manufacturer is allowed to say on the label that there´s "0g" of trans fat.

4. Artificial trans fats. They are made by hydrogenating seed oils to make them solid for uses such as margarine. They´re so bad for your heart health that a Harvard study estimated 50,000+ U.S. deaths per year were linked to trans fats.

2. Seed oils. They lied that animal fats were bad for you and seed oils were "heart healthy". Seed oils are manufactured, inflammatory junk. Big Food just uses them because they´re cheap and have a longer shelf life in their products.

Just like grain-fed beef has less nutrients than grass-fed beef. Candy-fed beef is even worse. This has been going on for years but it´s never been in the news. They don´t want you to know how bad quality the food they give you truly is. .

Yes, that´s right. Some farmers are literally feeding their cows leftover candy from companies like Hershey´s. Why?. When a seasonal sale is over or the candy expires, farmers can buy it at a huge discount and cheaper than grains.
