I 4x'ed my testosterone with simple lifestyle changes and a basic supplement stack.
Here's exactly how I did it and created my new brand

🧵 THREAD 🧵
A beautiful wife + children all named after their ancestors + sheep husbandry + 100 self sustaining acres + dressing in nothing but cotton & wool + filtered well water + daily resistance & mobility training + >800ng/dl T + a library with a ladder = self care
Prepare.
Preparing beforehand will prime your brain.
Want to focus? Get 8 hours of sleep.
Want to write? Read for 20 minutes.
Want to work? Plan for 10 minutes.
Getting into flow will become 10x easier.
Make a music playlist for focus.
I like organic house music.
Some other great options:
• Hans Zimmer
• Binaural beats
• Tibetan bowls
• Flute meditation music
• Brown/White noise
These will cut distractions and boost concentration.
Prioritize.
Most people work all day but never know why they barely get stuff done.
That’s because they’re busy, not productive.
To prevent that:
1. Create 1 goal for your work session
2. Set 3 actionable tasks
3. Ignore everything until those 3 tasks are finished
Most people think "No Fap" is just a weird meme for internet bros.
Turns out, it works wonders to strengthen your body and mind.
Here are 11 proven benefits of avoiding sex with your hand:
How to do more work in 90 minutes than 87% of people do in 9 hours:
1. Make a focus playlist
2. Prepare
3. Prioritize tasks
4. Work in 90 minute sprints
5. Batch similar tasks
6. Eliminate distractions
7. Relax afterward
You breathe around 22,000 times a day…
But you’re likely doing it wrong.
Here’s how I fixed my breathing and the 5 life-changing benefits I experienced:
To be a well rounded man, learn:
- Sales
- Chess
- Psychology
- Home repair
- Weightlifting
- Self-defense
- Survival skills
- Basic cooking
- Fire*rm safety
- Social etiquette
- Public speaking
- Personal finance
- Emotional health
- Car maintenance
What would you add?
Work in 90 minute sprints.
It takes around 20 minutes to get into flow and 90 minutes for your focus to sharply decline.
So schedule deep work sessions for 90 minutes, followed by a 15 minute break.
Repeat for as many cycles as necessary.
Take care of your body:
Stretch.
Hydrate.
Lift weights.
Get sunlight.
Go on walks.
Eat real food.
Prioritize sleep.
Take care of your skin.
You’re someone of value.
Treat yourself like it.

How I increased my testosterone from 240 to 800 naturally:
1) Sleeping 7-8 hours a night
2) Using supplements
3) Strength training
4) Getting morning sunlight
5) Nasal breathing and meditating
6) Doing physical activities that require effort
Batch similar tasks.
Your brain uses significant energy when switching between different types of tasks.
Batch together logical tasks:
• Editing
• Planning
• Research
Batch together creative tasks:
• Writing
• Drawing
• Idea generation
You’ll think much clearer.
Relax.
After your deep work session, do something fun.
- Watch Netflix
- Meditate
- Enjoy social media (responsibly)
- Hangout with friends
- Have sex
This makes your brain associate positive feelings with the completion of work.
Do you sleep less than 7 hours a night?
If so, you’re killing your:
• Testosterone
• Health
• Brain
Do these 6 things to easily get 8 hours of sleep tonight:
I didn’t quit because I was an alcoholic.
I didn’t have any kind of drinking problem.
But one day I realized alcohol wasn’t serving me.
It was sneakily hurting my health, my relationships, and my productivity.
After I stopped drinking, I experienced these 7 benefits:
2) Using supplements
I’ve gotten the best results from these:
• DHEA
• Boron
• Tongkat Ali
• Shilajit Extract
• Vitamin D with K1/K2 (15,000 IU)
Set a daily alarm reminding you to take them so you don’t forget.
Eliminate distractions.
Distractions are the
#1
reason you can’t work
Loud noises.
Cluttered work areas.
Distracting websites/apps.
Make it a priority to remove these from your environment.
The quality of meat here in Argentina is honestly one of the main reasons I continue to live here after what was supposed to be an initial 3 month visit...
Best meat in the world. And this is coming from a guy who lived in Texas for 8 years before this.
*Some weekend reading for you Argentine 🇦🇷 fans 🙋*
Enjoy eating meat 🥩? That reason alone is enough to come to Argentina 🇦🇷.
People still find it funny when I tell them a big reason I live in Buenos Aires is because of the high quality of the meat. I feel great off this diet.
3 years ago I started my brand, Disco.
In 2 years since launch, we scaled it to 8 figures with only 5 employees.
Here are the 4 key philosophies you can use to do the same:
Clearer mind
Alcohol is a depressant.
It slows your brain down.
This makes it hard to think clearly.
My mind was totally clear after I quit drinking.
I also noticed my mood was more consistently positive.
Travel as often as you can afford.
Travel teaches you what textbooks can’t.
It forces you to become uncomfortable and exposes you to new ways of thinking.
This expands your mind and unlocks traits you didn’t know you have.
Don’t put it off.
More motivation
I started working on Disco a few weeks after I stopped drinking.
Coincidence? I don’t think so.
Alcohol triggers a large dopamine release.
Dopamine is the neurotransmitter of motivation.
Drinking disrupts your dopamine system and causes low motivation.
3) Strength training
Never skip leg day.
Heavy leg workouts stimulate testosterone production.
This also supports the rest of your muscles growing faster.
Add these to your weekly routine:
• Squats
• Deadlifts
• Barbell lunges
• Leg extensions
@letsDiscoskin
10 things I know at 29 I wish I knew at 20:
1. Lean into hobbies
2. Go all in on 1 craft
3. Travel as much as possible
4. Don't abuse alcohol
5. Dance regularly
6. Learn Spanish
7. Ask more women out
8. Practice empathy
9. Expand your consciousness
10. Prioritize your body
1) Sleeping 7-8 hours a night
Research shows getting only 5 hours of sleep decreases testosterone by 15%.
How can you get more sleep?
• No caffeine after 10am
• Don’t drink alcohol late at night
• Stop using screens 1 hour before bed
Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
Improved relationships
My connections to my family and friends became clearer.
I was able to filter out relationships that revealed around partying or drinking.
I became more aligned with people who were open-minded and built a supportive network here in Austin.
Higher physical performance
My total testosterone increased over 40% after I quit drinking.
This helped me crush my workouts harder.
I also experienced:
- Muscle growth
- Less visceral (stomach) fat
- Superior recovery
- Higher energy
- More stamina
How to get ahead 6 years in 6 months:
1. Pick 1 big goal
2. Spend 50+ hours self-educating on the topic
3. Apply everything you learn
4. Cut what fails quickly, iterate on what works
5. Avoid activities not moving you closer to your goal
See where you are in 6 months.
I’ve spent 1000s of hours reading over 200 business, spirituality, and self-help books.
There are some common themes amongst them all.
Give me 60 seconds and I’ll simplify how to be successful:
@joovvsocial
@othership_us
8 things I do to set myself up for success each morning:
1) Wake up at 6:30am
2) Drink 24oz of water
3) Stretch for 15 minutes
4) Meditate for 15 minutes
5) Do breathwork for 5 minutes
6) Walk in the sun for 45 minutes
7) Take a 3-5 minute cold plunge
8) Make a smoothie
@othership_us
@joovvsocial
The 6-step nightly routine to get 8 hours of quality sleep:
1. Eliminating blue light after sundown
2. Not eating 2 hours before bed
3. Taking supplements 30 minutes before bed
4. Stretching and breathing
5. Reading
6. Getting morning sunlight
No hangovers
Hangovers destroy your momentum.
Drinking doesn’t just affect you in the moment.
It affects the next day, two days, or even longer.
Weekend benders disrupt your week and put you behind.
No drink feels as good as waking up refreshed in the morning.
More restful sleep
Alcohol makes you sleepy.
But it doesn’t help you stay asleep. Why?
It hurts your REM sleep (the restful stage of sleep).
So you aren’t actually getting quality rest after you drink.
Plus you’ll likely wake up anxious and groggy.
Go all in on 1 business or career.
Most people aren’t where they want to be because they chase every shiny object.
Dedicate yourself to your craft.
When you:
1. Commit fully
2. Give yourself a long time horizon
You’ll look back and surprise yourself at how far you’ve come.
4) Getting morning sunlight
Research shows getting more sunlight increases testosterone by up to 70%.
Go outside and get at least 1 hour of direct sunlight each morning.
Morning sunlight also helps you sleep better at night.
Do you want to lift heavier, be more attractive, and think more clearly?
Increasing your testosterone is the answer.
I increased my testosterone from 245 to over 800 in 1 year.
Here are the 8 proven supplements I used to 3X my total testosterone:
Healthier skin
Alcohol dehydrates you.
It makes your face dry, red, and puffy.
When you quit drinking, your skin shows.
Your “glow” returns, making you look healthier and younger.
Drinking too much can cause rosacea (redness) or jaundice (yellowness) in your skin.
Learn Spanish.
500,000,000+ people know Spanish.
You’d be surprised how useful it is in today’s world.
Learning a language also has the benefit of stimulating new neural pathways.
Using an app like Duolingo is a great free tool to start.
1) Plan ahead of time
Picking a task is a task in itself.
Planning your work makes you more efficient.
Take 5 minutes on the weekend to plan your week.
Decide when you’ll work and what you’ll work on.
This will save you hours of wasted time.
Dance regularly.
At our core, we’re primal.
Dancing is in our DNA and good for our soul.
Stop worrying how you’ll look.
People are too concerned with how they look to judge you.
You’d be foolish not to enjoy yourself from time to time when fun opportunities arise.

6) Doing activities that require effort
I regularly do difficult things proven to boost testosterone.
A few of my favorites:
• Boxing
• Shooting
• Sprinting
• Weightlifting
Make time for a few physically demanding things each week.
Don’t abuse alcohol.
I’ve been sober since January 1st, 2019.
Here are 5 life-changing benefits I noticed:
• Clearer mind
• Better relationships
• Higher physical performance
• More restful sleep
• Healthier skin
One of the best decisions I ever made.
Optimal testosterone is required for:
• Libido
• Hair growth
• Bone strength
• Sperm production
• Muscle growth, size, and strength
Adult testosterone has been dropping rapidly around the world.
Here are 6 ways you can naturally increase yours:
You can't be your best if you aren't getting enough rest.
Many of us struggle to sleep as much as we should.
This makes us
• Stressed
• Exhausted
• Brain fogged
I learned the importance of sleep the hard way.
Here are 6 things that'll help you get more sleep:
1) Prioritizing sleep
Beauty sleep is a real thing.
A good night’s sleep will:
• Reduce wrinkles
• Make you look happier
• Decrease eye puffiness
• Restore your natural glow
• Boost blood flow to your skin
Aim for 7-8 hours each night.
She's wife material if she:
- Eats meat
- Shoots guns
- Lifts weights
- Doesn't take birth control
- Lets her natural hair thrive
- Doesn't use toxic beauty products
- Doesn't consume seed oils/oat milk
- Wants a tribe of children and a remote ranch

Don’t be afraid to ask women out.
The nerves last 30 seconds but the regret can last a lifetime.
The worst she can say is “no.”
But you’ll find you’ll get a lot more “yes's” than you thought.
Even if you embarrass yourself, you'll both forget about it 30 seconds later.

Impossible to not succeed in life. (Inspired by Naval).
3) Taking supplements 30 minutes before bed
3-4 nights a week, I take:
• GABA
• Glycine
• L-Theanine
• Magnesium
These help me relax, fall asleep, and stay asleep.
How to do more work in 90 minutes than most people do in 9 hours:
1. Make a focus playlist
2. Prep your work area
3. Create priority tasks
4. Work in 90 minute sprints
5. Batch similar tasks together
6. Eliminate distractions (I see you, Instagram)
7. Relax afterward
There are toxic poisons hidden in your daily environment....
And they're destroying your health and shaving years off your life.
From the water you drink to the t-shirts you wear....
Here are 7 silent killers destroying your life from behind the scenes:
1) Eliminating blue light after sundown
Blue light stops the release of melatonin (the sleep hormone).
When the sun goes down I:
• Put on my red light glasses
• Avoid looking at screens
• Turn on salt lamps
This allows my system to release melatonin so I can sleep.
5) Nasal breathing and meditating
Stress and testosterone are inversely related.
Nasal breathing and meditation reduce stress by calming the central nervous system.
I do breathwork with the
@othership_us
app and meditate in front of my
@joovvsocial
red light device.
11 benefits of semen retention:
1. Sleep better
2. More energy
3. Deeper voice
4. Better exercise
5. New motivation
6. Better hair growth
7. Sharper mind
8. Higher confidence
9. Higher sex drive
10. Improved self control
11. Women will notice you
You don’t need an app to meditate.
You don’t need a degree to be educated.
You don’t need permission to start a business.
Most “requirements” are contrived excuses to procrastinate.
