@isaac_saas I never was a fan of energy drinks. For me, it’s a double expresso before the AM workout.. Never fails. But to each their own

@isaac_saas Caffiene becomes lethal when you put it in monster. Much safer as two expresso shots in a 1000 cal sugary drink.

For fun and for science I will be drinking a minimum of 3 energy drinks per day for 1 month starting Oct 13th, ending November 12th. A total of 31 days and 93+ energy drinks. Comprehensive blood panel comparisons will be done, versus my latest draw on Sept 22nd, which was done

@isaac_saas Cheaply sourced ingredients , particularly the caffeine Ace K, Suclarose But honestly, I have no idea what actually makes you feel like shit Celsius used to have their caffeine from “green tea” and they’d make me feel like I was going to have a heart attack

@isaac_saas Any chemical flavoring that mimics coconut, banana, or pineapple. Those are absolutely disgusting flavors for energy drinks. It's not even debatable.
