You can either do high fat and low or no carb Or you can do low fat and high carb. You can’t do both and expect to get in shape. Your calorie limit isn’t high enough for it unless you’re an extreme athlete.

All the idiots getting confused about CICO are just saying “the calories out part of the equation is very complex, and is influenced by many factors, including hormones and the macronutrient you’re consuming.” No shit, Sherlock. I think Jay is a troll though, tbh.
Please learn this so you can teach others: CICO (Calories In, Calories Out) is technically true, energy balance still matters. But it’s an incomplete law when applied to human metabolism because it ignores how the body processes different calories A refined carb calorie doesn’t
