I mean if he stood down Labour wouldn't be able to rely on his proxy vote anymore so he can't have that. I must say that I am sceptical of the idea he's still doing parliamentary casework.
Update on the situation regarding Dan Norris MP. https://t.co/GoYrPJJRR3

Of the critics who were mocked, humiliated, threatened with violence, spat on, lied about, or had to watched in horror as the SWP tried to drive them out of the labour movement – to which is the party now willing to admit it did wrong? https://t.co/Vh6FPLFa4s

Isn't the norm that Lord's don't block things that were in the manifesto?
🚨BREAKING: Tory Lords block landmark Employment Rights Bill from passing. Enough is enough. Continuing to vote down this Bill is undemocratic. This Bill has been debated and scrutinised for months. Tory Peers are actively defying the will of the British public and their own

The propaganda your helped me understand the actual quite straightforward historic crime you can all see unfolding is actually quite nuanced and complex
detail worth filing from Reeves's speech to LFG today: she's been a hardcore zionist for 20+ years now and was visiting Israel before her political career took off.

That in a place where there was an active campaign to make Corbyn an independent MP just over a year ago people were already engaged and ready to be involved in a project that would ses him continue to be an MP?
That Coventry South only has 144 YP members compared to three-times that in Corbyn's Islington North tells you something.

Yeah man if Starmer has taught us anything it's that what we need is for the next MP to have even less experience a a parliamentarian
A former marine has emerged as a surprise name in the conversation about who could succeed Keir Starmer Despite being an MP for just a year and a half, armed forces minister Al Carns throwing his hat in the ring is a growing talking point among Labour MPs One supporter said

Would be interested to know if anyone else has had experience of this or other similar shenanigans in other local groups?
Heard from a friend at Conference that in Lambeth the SWP tried to take over the proto branch structure by making their own branch despite the fact one was already up and running. How many other places has this happened?

Tldr but from the vibe I got this isn't quite right. The standing orders made clear you could be sortitioned or invited to be a participant. It's not unreasonable that he might have expected a pass because Zarah was of the understanding her team had been invited
There’s been a lot of noise about people being “expelled” from the Your Party conference. So let’s take one example and look at it carefully — because facts matter more than narrative. Over the weekend, Cllr James Giles gave interviews claiming he’d been barred from the

I knew a guy who was living in China as an English as a second language teacher. By his telling he didn't really know how degrees worked so told them he had one and got an A in it and it just never really came up
Quick story: An employee faked their degree and HR discovered it while he was under review for termination. After that, they did an audit and requested transcripts from everyone who didn’t have one on file. Major misstep on their part.

It's so irresponsible that Labour are going to bang on about the dangers of a far-right Reform government for the next 3 years while it is in fact Labour who will have hollowed out many key legal protections we have by the time Reform takes power
🚨 BREAKING: David Lammy has announced he’s scrapping jury trials in England and Wales for crimes with sentences less than 3 years
