Wrote a thing about a fun mystery and deep dive kinda reversing some  Apple Wi-Fi stuff... it might interest you if you support or use Macs, tinker on home or work WLANs, and are curious about the new 6GHz radio spectrum 🏠🏝🛰

Just heard a psychiatrist on NPR argue that remote work increases social isolation and, honestly, fuck that. Stop assuming that work being a primary source of socialization is in any way appropriate or healthy. Your boss doesn’t love you. Your coworkers are not your community.

The pandemic tore through more than lungs. It tore through marriages, friendships, families. Some losses came from the virus, others from what it revealed. The cruelest part is realizing you lost people twice: once to the virus, and again to the lies.

I don’t think Americans realize yet just how much our standing has declined in the eyes of the rest of the western world. The majority of Europeans, Canadians, Australians, etc. see us as a slowly dying clown empire that have chosen to self-entertain ourselves to death.

Just to be clear, the WHO thinks we’re heading for a mass disabling event. “An estimated one in 10 infections results in post-Covid conditions suggesting that hundreds of millions of people will need longer term care” #SARSCoV2 #LongCovid https://t.co/ujnza1KCrD

Glutathione and Long COVID Glutathione, an antioxidant, regulates redox balance, immune function and detoxification. In Long COVID, oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction are rampant - low glutathione is both a marker and a mechanism of persistent symptoms.

We’re in peak surge across the US for a virus the government tried to disappear. This is the 11th wave. Almost 6 years in. And yet—most people still don’t understand what this virus does to the brain, the immune system, the vascular system. Ignorance. Malpractice. Negligence.

Exactly. Stop saying this stupid shit. You don’t get better AIDS outcomes when you contract HIV. You only need it once. You don’t get better Typhoid each time you get served by Mary. Covid doesn’t come in mild after you get it. It comes in brain damage, strokes, & early death.

@drseanmullen It doesn't help that many medical professionals are willing to suggest that infection leads to better immunity and you have to get infected to protect from infection.

This is by far the most accurate and up-to-date video on YouTube, honestly, I’d say on the entire internet, maybe even the world about SARS2 virus 🦠 Everyone needs to share this and make sure everyone they know and love watches it. https://t.co/s6AY19A1dh #HT 🎩

1. COVID as a wicked problem = airborne transmission by asymptomatics makes it invisible and fosters defeatism; its variable impact tempts people to believe they're lucky. Addressing this requires transparent leadership and sustained public trust - both in short supply nowadays.

1. As a consultant analyst that generally presents to the C-suite of organisations, I am often asked to produce short, concise explanations of both biological and geopolitical risks. Regarding Covid-19, I use the same summary with both C-level clients and friends:
