@SenThomTillis @SenThomTillis you forgot to mention Ukraine. Which had about 6,000 troops rotate thru Iraq and Afghanistan and had 58 casualties (18 dead, 40 wounded). About half the casualty rate of the US. But remember they were there and they are not NATO
