I don't think its possible for him to get good sleep. He is a hard worker and the stress is compounded with having to stop & address misinformation & lies. I feel it for him 😞
Daryl has lost weight since Melissa struck. He's under strain & it shows. He needs: 7 hrs solid sleep nightly Lots of water Lots of meat A gentle start to each day with even 15 to 20 min of meditation & breathwork b4 looking at his phone No sugar No junk food
