Amazing scientist and one of the kindest leaders!.
Wesley Sundquist, PhD, was named one of #TIME100 most influential people. His research at #UofUHealth led to lenacapavir, a drug preventing HIV with nearly 100% efficacy. Congrats, Dr. Sundquist! 👏 #HIVResearch #Science @UofUBiochem @UUHSResearch

Sad to hear this news. Amos was a giant in the field and yet he was always kind to me. Glad we got a couple of papers together! My condolences to his family and many many trainees.
We are deeply saddened to share that our friend and colleague Professor Amos B. Smith III has passed away. Amos joined Penn in 1973 and was a mainstay in our organic chemistry division. He recently celebrated 50 years of service to @PennSAS @Penn.

Cool work from across the hall in the Douglass Lab!.
Proud to share the Douglass lab latest work in @CurrentBiology , which demonstrates that the optically transparent #neuroscience fish model @danionella is capable of performing visually and olfactory-mediated social affiliation behaviors, modulated by neuropeptide oxytocin!

Invite @IshmailSaboor to the West Coast more often so he can pass by SLC 🫶. So much fun!.
So much fun hanging with my bestie @iaahmed123 in Utah and seeing his new lab and lab members, our mutual colleagues and friends, and finally trying pickle ball.
