For skydeck - land acquisition not an issue at all. But for Hebbal metro depot - saaar Reddy’s are seated on our land saaar they want to do riyal estate saaar cannot yabal to do more than 9 acres saaar. Bloody thugs. Land sharks. Shameless assholes. Every single one of them.

I have my reservations with Surya but he’s the ONLY one in Karnataka speaking any sense at the moment when it comes to public infrastructure. Everyone has given up or is hand in glove with the ruling government. May better sense prevail!.

Well, in a way it’s good that plenty of housing projects are in and around ORR. High levels of employment around the area, and with metro coming up, commute time to work place will reduce. I’m optimistic for BLR. But with DKS in charge, we could be doomed beyond repair.
Despite being heavily congested, ORR remains every developer's top choice. It's part of one of the world’s largest business corridors & Nice to see taller buildings (50m+) coming up on ORR now. .
