Put the sweet potato in soil or water. It will send up shoots. Brake them off and root them in water or soil. One sweet potato makes 40 to 50 shoots.

Many things affect our gut microbiome. Feed the good bacteria with prebiotics and probiotics. Limit sugar, transfats, medications, and antibiotics. Our biome directly affects our brains. Mind - gut relationships.

I have been organic gardening for over 50 years. It has grown to 1/2 acre. I have 30 fruit trees. I supply 5 families.
We get 1/2 beef from my cousin each year.
Guinea fowl on order.
We all heat with wood , fuel oil backup.
There are many of out there, ready to hook up n trade

She's now working on her doctorate.

My daughter can drive a tractor. Pumps her own gas. Getting her doctorate in chemistry. Sorry about the physics thing. That's her dad, the engineer.
