@GypsyPatriot_ So is this engagement farming?. I’m 47, don’t work out. I eat a diet high in animal fats, nutrient dense fruit and produce, almost exclusively grown on my farm. I avoid processed foods and unnatural sweeteners as much as possible

I've gotten a lot of rain this week. In regenerative farming it's about how much rain you keep, not how much you get. For every 1% of organic matter in your soil you can absorb 1" of rainfall(25,000 gln per acre). This is the most efficient and beneficial form of water catchment

Consumers can turn this around faster than any policy government institutes. Aj is doing the work to help solve this problem. Check out his site

The collapse of family farms and ranches isn’t a mystery—it tracks directly with the rising control of the USDA and Dept. of Interior. I’ll break this down on the podcast this week. @SecRollins has inherited a mess. She’ll need courage—and God’s guidance.

Tequila is anti inflammatory. So are limes. Do with this as you will.

Everyone over 45 thinks aging causes chronic pain or fatigue. What they don’t know?. Systemic inflammation is quietly wrecking their gut, energy, & hormones. Here are 7 hacks to reduce it TODAY:🧵. 1. Add anti-inflammatory herbs

Natures perfect design. Native Americans put seeds in their mouth before they planted them to inoculate them with their biome and would pee on the plants as they grew, thanking them for their fruits. Urine is an amazing organic fertilizer. See the pattern?

You don't have to have perfect pastures to have livestock. Partnering with ruminants to clear land, grow soil and better forage is nature's way. Every time I bring them back to this spot there will be better grass thanks to the fertility they leave behind and the soil disturbance

Nothing captures solar energy like plants. They convert it into cellulose. Only ruminates can convert cellulose into nutrient dense fats and proteins. Milk is the only thing God desiged to just be food. Not fruits, not vegetables and not nuts. Got Milk?. Get sovereign, yall

@RepThomasMassie @chelliepingree The idea that government in Washington DC can tell my neighbor they can’t buy my beefs is absolutely ridiculous and defies the Founding, Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, and our Constitution. We do not seek permission from Government to live free.

Please, tag you congressperson and senator and ask them to pass this legislation. Retweet this and spread the word. It's crucial if we are to really make America healthy again and if we truly want food sovereigty.

.@chelliepingree and I reintroduced the PRIME Act today (HR 4700). The bill would give individual states freedom to permit intrastate distribution of custom-slaughtered meat such as beef, pork, or lamb to consumers, restaurants, hotels, boarding houses, and grocery stores.

Grow annual veggies that work for your area and eat what's in season. Can if you have time and enjoy it. If not feed excess to your animals. Let them convert it into protien. Build local community that you can trade with. Talk to you neighbors about grazing their land.

As your forage and food systems improve, get chickens. As your dairy animals produce milk and your chickens lay eggs, get pigs. Everything on the homestead should feed you or other things on the homestead. You don't need to buy feed. You don't need a ton of infrastructure.

Homesteading made easy:. Get a dairy ruminate young 🐮🐑. Train her to a teather or polywire. Move her to fresh ground often. Let her mow your lawn, weed eat, clear brush, overseed. As your soil improves plant perennial food systems 🍓🎍🫐🍎🍑🍐🍇. 🧵.

I saw lots of tweets this past month about how hard homestead ing is, if not impossible. It can be, but it doesn't have to be. As my friend @JimmyLeafTender says, humans love to create work for themselves. Ever seen little house on the prairie? They kept a milk cow on a stake

Welcome to the neighborhood. We are working to build a community of people who value sovereignty over government dependency. Our goal is to share, network and learn from one another so that together, we can take our freedoms back, one homestead at a time.

It's crazy that people pay $400 for a cheap ass, plastic, china built, battery powered push mower from Home Depot. Then pay chem lawn $80 a month to spray poison. They could buy 3 sheep in the spring for less money, after the growing season stock their freezer for the year.

Sunshine is energy. Plants capture that energy and convert it into food for bacteria and fungi. In return those microorganisms deliver nutrients to the plant. Nothing is more efficient at converting that system into something that humans can benefit from better than cattle/sheep.

Growing food doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, with a little planning and a minor initial investment, it’s actually way easier than going to the grocery store. Here are a few things growing around the farm that either reseeded itself or I planted once and let nature do his thing
