This line hits a nerve, but it is only half true. The "rent seekers" are doomed because they think the skill itself is the value (not because they write Python or balance contracts...) The value was NEVER the code! It was never the PowerPoint. It was the synthesis. It was
if your job isn't creative problem solving, and is instead rent seeking on your skills (programmer, paralegal, analyst), you are going to have a very bad time
