I just pulled off a crazy ENS play for OKCThunder.eth... The guy who owned it let it fall into grace period, so nobody could buy it, but he had it listed at .035. So I went in, extended the registration for him, then bought the listing for about $70. This thing is easily 5 ETH.

Patriots.eth buying their ENS is exactly what I've said about words vs digits. You will now never see that word on the market ever again. It's gone. Digits are incredibly valuable, but they are ENS currency and will change hands many times, where as words are the enterprise.
