If you think about policies this way then every policy is genocide and the word is meaningless. Unemployment benefits, taxes, regulation, etc etc. And you are wrong on the merits of the effect of this policy, too.
When I say H1-B’s are a tool of genocide, I don’t actually mean it is murder at scale. But, synthetically, when you think about the downstream implications (unemployed men who will delay / never become fathers because they can’t provide for a family)… what’s the difference?
