Get ur foot down early, load and be ready to hit …. Trust ur hands get them inside the ball. Head still eyes one level. Let the ball travel see it deep and bat down to the ball 12° creating max backspin. Do this and I promise it will get ur right. 👊🏽

I’ve been watching only location of pitches for the past 3 days on college and MLB level. I know why spots are missed so much in the game today. Ya Got catchers on their butts with a leg out and glove on the ground. This part of the game needs an overhaul. This is terrible 👇🏽

I’m not a guy all about HRs like many. There are many more aspects of the game in hitting than HRs. But I’m pointing out swings here and results. One that teach uppercut VS. 35°-40° knob to ball/through the ball swings. No need to say which swing is which here.

Just heard a couple of my guys just gave up on baseball. Their HS coach was a joke & turned them off off baseball. Remember…. M Jordan 🐐got cut in HS & @TomBrady 🐐 was a back up HS QB. 2 of the best players and athletes of all time. Use the closed door as fire & drive!! LFG!.

Kids……. Swing a Wood bat every chance you get. Why? It teaches you to use and trust ur hands. It’s not a -8 good dense wood will be -3 balls still jump. It gives you a realistic look on ur swing and how the ball comes off ur wood bat. Wanna impress scouts ….

The difference between hitters who create backspin is so dominant in success vs the top spinners. I watched so many ABs this weekend. Those who used this lead elbow up and barrel dumped sucked .220 averages! The 1s that had that 10° knob to ball hitting .350-.450 #BACKSPIN! 👇🏽🔥

As a hitting coach I don’t think I’ve been this impressed with growth & development of 60 guys in 5 games like this ever. Both teams ver 100+ crushed line drives. Just my Navy team had 21 line out with 1 or more runners on in scoring position. 21-21 in my book!! Hats off to all

An over load of info this past week. Talked w/ 6 schools in the top 25 in D1. All 6 say social media has given them a gift of who to peruse & who not to. #2 on their list. Player that works w/ or anything HLP they steer clear of.Label them unfixable within the College 2 yr plan.

This is why Teacherman and Grit are eliminated in this game. Margin of error with their HLP 💩 gives 90% plus strike out probability. Margin or error is to small with that uppcut BS.The knob to ball on the path give u a massive margin of error. Less K more contact with BACKSPIN!.
