@notgaetti All it takes is to have a decision maker like you to get a job in the game regardless of abilities. Do you know how many great baseball minds who managed in minor leagues who never even got an interview for a MLB skipper job? Literally thousands. Game has never been fair but the

Depends on his cerebral knowledge of game, abilty to run a game, handle a pitching staff and pen, manage 30 diff personalities, ability to create a team identity, manage his coaching staff, and most importantly does every player on his roster believe that he cares about them each
New Nationals manager Blake Butera started managing in the minors at 25 years old and gets his first big league job at 33, the youngest since 1972. Serious question: how do you think a young manager with no big league experience goes about earning the buy-in of veteran players?

John, no one who knows basketball and played hoop cares about what the league changed rules to now . Hoop people know they did it to accommodate 3 point shooters to be able to separate to get shots off and help all players score more points overall . Hence this era is not
The NBA rule is that players can continue to take steps as the ball is spinning in their hands because the dribble has not been discontinued. The gather in this case comes when the left hand touches the ball and his left foot is on the floor. He takes 2 steps after that. Legal.

It was also fun to watch the World Series when NL rules applied to NL home games and AL rules for AL home games along with the double switch’s in play
Why is everyone acting like a pitcher going to bat is some weird unicorn thing? Pitchers literally did this 3 years ago. There was a whole league where this was common. The National League. MLB took away uniqueness of individual leagues from us.

Agree, Tani hits 1st because they want him to have the most opportunities, ask @BlueJays the two @Dodgers they least want to face=Tani and Freddie. Said two days ago Freddie needs to hit right behind Tani. Dodgers could win tonight no matter but for me it's a no brainer Freddie
@WesClements22 I don’t know that this solves much.

Just one of reasons this era of @NBA can never be compared to any other NBA era where they had rules . 8 yard runs are not a part of real hoop. @ApexJones22
