... already read my dasher chat where she told u she didn't buy the plates, you'd decided I still didn't get a refund due to "policy." So I canceled Dash Pass & removed EVERY payment method. I had spent $4K+, every yr, w/ you. But u don't get to steal. Clowns.

They are so full of it. They don't care. I spent 3 hrs trying to get paper plates taken off my order WITH MY DASHER SAYING CHI DOOR DASH THIS IS THE DASHER, SHE DIDNT RECEIVE THOSE PLATES " in the chat, when I asked her to (bc I know them-heres my order hist. just since 3/1/05)

@DoorDash_Help Door Dash has lost its mind. I received an order with one item missing and they refuse to refund me. So, I just gave you money and I get nothing in return. I will take my business elsewhere!

I am including a giant screen shot of my orders back to March 1. As you can see, not one of them has a red "credits issued" badge on it. They emailed, saying 100% won't remove item. DD is keeping my money for nothing. &I spend a LOT with them,watch yourselves!
