Don't believe this lie. @RepDavidValadao voted to gut $1 TRILLION from our Medicaid program, devastating his rural hospitals. $50B is a tiny bandaid over a gapping hole he blew into our health care system. It was stuck in the bill not to help hospitals, but to give Reps cover.
Maintaining access to healthcare is one of my top priorities, and a key reason I backed H.R. 1 is the administration's commitment to ensuring hospitals in CA-22 can continue providing essential care. I'll keep working with the President to get this funding where it's needed most.
