Yesterday my first BBC feature was published. I spoke to three Sri Lankan women on the challenges they and Sri Lankans less fortunate than themselves are facing. All three women spoke of how the protests have united the country in way never seen before.

Sleep is and has always been a massive issue for me. In childhood and now. If stressed, struggling to fall asleep (lots of going over and over things in my racing thoughts). If not stressed, I usually wake up several times through the night.
