#SystemsThinking is (or should be) basically #WorkflowThinking. Every systems engineer I know (& I are one ☺) automatically replaces the word "systems" with either "workflow" or "process" when they set about actually analyzing or implementing "systems" #kareochat
Or change the rules of the game... Been doing a lot of reading on #SystemsThinking, and changing the rules of the system is one of the few ways to get different results.
