76% of the country has a chronic disease. There is a coordinated campaign from the media and the largest industry in the country that profits from this fact to convince Americans that ANYONE who criticizes this system is a dangerous anti-vaxer.

@TheRoctor_MD @DutchRojas (2) “Competitive compensation” is a challenging portion of recruitment. It’s difficult to compete with hospital systems to pay employed physicians. Site neutrality legislation would help even the playing field here. Employed physician expenses is a large % of fixed overhead.

We are growth and legacy minded, with no interest in private equity (we get approach nearly every week.

@TheRoctor_MD @DutchRojas We have an extremely competitive compensation package. We are independent. We maximize 401k to IRS limits through Safe Harbor / New Comparability methodology. Most spouses want them to live in Columbus, Cincinnati or Cleveland.

@TheRoctor_MD @DutchRojas I can tell you that in my big city very few young physicians consider private independent practices, and only the very largest. And the ones that do join tend to leave after a year or two. The last two associates we had left after contract was up. One to a PE offering 100k
