@veupathdb I want to report a mistake in the sequence retrieval section of #ToxoDB. The sequence TGGT1_chrVIIb is identical to TGVEG_chrVIIb sequence which is the right one. I noticed it while performing an alignment and a virtual digestion of ROP16 locus. #UrgentAttention

𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟲: In '06, the first @veupathdb version, the Apicomplexa Database (ApiDB) was released, incorporating component sites PlasmoDB, ToxoDB, & CryptoDB with genome data from apicomplexan species without dedicated databases. 16 yrs on, @veupathdb is still an invaluable resource!
