Nov 2022, booked something on Agoda, paid via MoMo (the Alipay of Vietnam). MoMo said payment succeeded, Agoda said payment failed, their support blamed each other, basically ~$70 lost. January 2025, 2+ years later, Agoda offered the refund. Time is so relative in Systemantics.
