@ChrisRackauckas @BayesWatch @pumas_ai @NKorsbo I mean, this is *amazing*. I just tested SimpleChains.jl with a simple MLP, against Flux.jl, and I obtained a 5x speedup. Also, it looks that SimpleChains.jl is much more lightweight (I monitored htop while doing the benchmarks).

@jordi_bolibar A mixture of ForwardDiff and Zygote. The models of this domain are not in the realm of where we'd make effective use of Enzyme since clinical Pk/Pd models are generally 10 ODEs or less. It makes heavy use of SimpleChains.jl for this reason

@arbitrandomuser @cameron_pfiffer LV is fine, it'll get community updates. The core of what makes SimpleChains.jl isn't really LV but instead its caching system for non-allocating reverse mode. That's all independent of LV.
