Enjoyed watching #RiotWomen recently. But perhaps my favourite bit was when a character was asking what words rhyme with “haemorrhoid” & my wife (not a Yorkshirewoman herself but an honorary one through marriage) yelled “Mytholmroyd”. So proud of her!

A poignant war memorial at Mytholmroyd, West Yorks which dates from 1922. Made from carved white marble it features a soldier in battle dress resting his hands on the barrel of a gun whilst standing on a rock. It was Grade 2 listed in 1984 & restored in 2009. #RemembranceDay
