Why do I get this screen 90% of the time, whenever I am trying to adjust anything via the @googlenest App?? Is Google home the only option now?? Signed out signed in, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail

As a loyal Nest user since before Google-it was fantastic, brilliant tech that just worked. But every year since the acquisition, prices skyrocket each year, for a service that has gone to shit! What are we paying extra for? Fix this! @GoogleNest! #NestAware #GoogleFail.

Setting up the Nest 4 today from @googlenest .What a headache.Google Home app recognizes the device but yet asks the user to confirm what device they'd like to install. Selecting "Add Nest" device ought to guide the user through the install process. Instead.

the @googlenest is horrible. It changed my temperature 5 times today without warning and there is no way to turn stop it. I spoke to their help desk multiple times and they never call back once they "escalate" it. This is endangering the life of a disabled person and they🤷!.

For 10+ years, I had the most basic Honeywell thermostat. Never once had an issue with it. Last year, I decide to "upgrade" to @googlenest. Nothing but problems. It's the hottest day of the year. My HVAC works wonderfully. But Google Nest keeps turning it off. Thanks, Google!.

The impact of bad customer service! After literally 10 hours on phone with @XfinitySupport & giving them offers to take our money to just ship us their WiFi extenders, we decided to give up and go with @googlenest extenders. Wonder what’s the right threshold at which you give up!.

So Shameful. They send me this AFTER I already sent them a DM that they never answered. It is clear they are just lying to look good on social media but have no intention to provide good products or service. Probably just an auto reply bot. @googlenest is an 👿!.
