NCAA needs to grant waivers to Brock Hoffman and Luke Ford, using the Shea Patterson “mitigating circumstances” rule. These two are exactly why the rule was implemented. Mark Emmert says the NCAA is about athlete well-being and fairness. Time to prove it.
