In Mabelreign thieves attempted break-ins at tuckshops in Dorchester Avenue, Lauchlan & Clavering, and Truro & Kilkambton. On 27 Sept, they also broke into a car at a funeral in Mason, but fled when disturbed. Residents are urged to be vigilant and strengthen security.
