@UnfallchirurgW @Matti_Chavoen Was hat Trop damit zu tun? Bzgl DDimere muss man sagen das ein negatives Resultat am aussagekräftigsten bei niedriger Vortestwahrscheinlichkeit (WellsScore <2) ist. Bei typischer Klinik würd ich schicken auch unterhalb Alters-Cutoff

Viděl jsem pár periferních embolii které vypadaly podobně se schovávali před vyšetřením takže bych asi nechal doktora spočítat wellsscore a případně nabrat DDMERy ale nejdříve sono a
