This. This hits way too close to home. Literally.
Today was a hard day in Chapel Hill. I’m thankful everyone in the @LeibfarthGroup is safe. There is something surreal in seeing law enforcement point a gun at the spot I have stood in front my fumehood for the last 4 years in Caudill Labs.

Officially halfway through maternity leave (6wks). How do women return to work at this point or even earlier???. My body is still healing. Showers are rare, meals eaten cold, sleep not happening. What we do to postpartum women in the US is insane & inhumane.
