Update (for the record): the cause of the huge spike in CPU Seconds was caused by the email newsletter plugin I was using for @webdevhistory. So I'll find another way to incorporate email newsletters into my WordPress site. I guess go back to Mailchimp :/.

@bobwyman @timberners_lee Ah yes, I remember that post you wrote in 2008 (obviously love the headline!). That’s one of my goals with @webdevhistory, to make that ancient history more well known. But I agree, it’s a hard sell in today’s world where fanciful concepts like Web3 and metaverse rule….
