4/x How could this happen? Due to a windless day and poor venting procedures, there was an accumulation of hydrocarbon gases (HC) on deck (from the cargo). There was an (unknown) ignition source and BOOM.

@KemiBadenoch @Conservatives By 2030 5 percent of energy will be generated by Gas and that is a very good thing. Battery technology will also help bridge the gap on windless days. Not to mention the new nuclear generation.
