basic 5x5 stronglift (recommended for beginners) - https://t.co/2unCLokHr0 madcow 5x5 - https://t.co/jPWRaK9LFK this might not be the most optimal program. but if you're a barbell enjoyer and want a dead simple program. i highly recommend it p/s - PT might not like this.
